Chic Convo of the Week: 5 ways to feed your soul

We all get stressed. Especially when we feel we don’t have time to just sit down and breathe for any amount of time. However, here are a few tips to help you relax and give your soul some food! 🙂

  1. Watch something you enjoy (Netflix TV series binge, movie, documentary, show on TV)

  2. Spend time with family/friends (this includes furry family members too, give your pets some love!)

  3. Travel (a trip home or to a new place)

  4. Eat (whatever you want without counting calories, carbs or sugar)

  5. Laugh (seriously- it can help more than you think!)
