Pairing denim with denim is a look that has recently made a comeback, and when done correctly—it’s to die for. Here are a couple of must-wear fits to show you that you can easily pull off this scary trend.
A True 90’s Babe
Nail that 90’s retro look by sticking with light-wash denim. This look pairs a frayed mini skirt with an oversized jacket.
A mesh crop top with a gold choker pair beautifully with the cool embroidered velvet booties. The French beret and gold buckled belt bring the whole look together by adding some sass.
Double Trouble
This denim on denim look combines a blue denim button-up shirt with black denim jeans to pull off a smart-casual look. The different colors and washes with the plain toe chukka boots give the look a perfect classic contrast.
This is perfect if you’re just looking to dip your toes in the water. It’s still denim on denim, but much more subtle than blue on blue.
Cool Casual
This look is a great go-to outfit for a casual day. Blue denim compliments red so naturally. This look features a pair of blue denim high-waist shorts and a red crop top under a denim button-up.
The Chelsea boots and silver hoops add the perfect casual chic look. Pairing simple pieces with double denim is a great way to ease into the trend.
