Mercedes Benz Fashion Week started off strong Feb. 10 in New York City, with DKNY bold prints and color blocking. The DKNY collection began with neutral color blocking and then moved to cheetah and animal prints. DKNY used a wide color spectrum ranging from neutrals to hot pink.

Custo Barcelona had a unique collection filled with mismatched Aztec printsĀ  for both men and women, accompanied by tiny dresses with pronounced shoulders for women. Custo Barcelona also introduced a few cape looks for men.

Vivienee Tam had a red-hot collection, with mostly red and black fabrics. All of the models had a dark lipstick on showing a possible new trend for fall. Vivienee Tam designed a boxy dress for women reflecting trends of the 1920s.

Zac Posen’s collection had unique structured dresses that highlight the women’s chest and shoulders.Ā  The collection was mostly made up of formal dresses with beautiful bold colors of red, yellow and royal blue.
