Pippa! Pippa!

While half of the universe is devastated by the release of Kate Middleton’s topless pics (seriously, leave the most perfect duchess in history alone), the other half is completely obsessed over her sister Pippa Middleton’s fashion choices during Mercedes Benz New York Fashion Week

The royal-in-law reportedly made the trip to Manhattan to do some business for her upcoming party planning book, but being a recent British style icon and all, its only expected she make a front-row stop at some of spring fashion’s biggest debuts. Going above expectations, Pippa brought the fashion with her everywhere. From the U.S. Open to a posh birthday lunch in Soho, Pippa’s looks became the talk of fashion week as she made Manhattan’s streets her personal runway. Time to dissect our “favourite” looks:

Oh yeah, Pippa is loving the Americana paparazzi and loving even more her Kate Spade handbag. She recycles the bag with several looks throughout her trip and pairs it flawlessly each time. Like her sister, Pippa is thoughtful with the designers she wears and Kate Spade (New York based designer, notoriously upper east side chic) was an obvious choice for her summer escape in the city.

The red trousers and her beautifully fitted U.S. Open dress are also creations of the designer. As far as her little red dress, she has created a “Pippa Effect”. The figure-flattering red frock is designer Misha Nonoo’s $345 “Imelda” dress and has flown off the hangers since Pippa flaunted it. Moral of the story: she is royal fashion PR!
