The 19th annual Screen Actors Guild Awards brings together actors and actresses from across the board, in elegant gowns and tuxedos, as they anxiously wait for their names to be called.
Female Actor in a supporting role: Anne Hathaway, for Les Miserables, was wearing a black sparkling sequenced dress. Although you could tell she was nervous her speech was great.
Male Actor in a Comedy series: This is the 8th win for Alec Baldwin as he was nominated for 30 rock. He speech was short but he managed to thank everyone, including his wife. He was looking dapper in a tuxedo.
Outstanding female actor in a comedy series: Tina Fey was wearing a black strapless dress with a beautiful white belt. You could tell her excitement in her speech.
Amy Poehler looked beautiful with red lipstick and a black sweetheart spaghetti neckline dress.
Naomi Watts looked great as she was dressed in a beautiful white diamond gown.
Outstanding female actor in a tv movie or miniseries: Julianne Moore in a blue flowered white gown, won an award for her role on Game Change. This was her first win.
Outstanding male actor in a drama series: Bryan Cranston celebrates his 1st win for Breaking Bad. Instead of a bow tie Cranston opted for a regular black tie.
Female actor in a drama series: Claire Danes won for her role on Homeland. She showed off her darker side in a one-shoulder dress.
Female actor in a leading role: Jennifer Lawrence for Silver Linings Playbook. She is wearing a strapless long blue gown with a beautiful silver sparkling necklace and her hair pulled to one side. Even with pneumonia she still managed to look great.
Male Actor in a leading role: Daniel Day Lewis is wearing a very sharp tuxedo suited up.
The 19th annual SAG awards was an evening filled with divine fashion, lots of food and a little bit of champagne. We can’t wait for next years show!
