Executive Board

Olivia is a Cronkite student studying journalism and fashion design. She works as an assistant to social media influencer, Bre Lee, and is a contributing writer for Our Era Magazine. She hopes to someday live in New York as a stylist, fashion journalist, or a magazine editor. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her dogs, exploring coffee shops, and writing poetry.

Amalie Rhebeck is a sophomore at the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication. She is from Tucson, Arizona and is happy to be a part of The Chic Daily for a second year in a row. She is really looking forward to growing her editing skills, as well as have new experiences attending fashion-centered events around Phoenix.

Larisa May has been with The Chic for going on two years now, and in that time it’s become a home to her. As editor in chief she is most excited to see the content our newsroom produces this year. Larisa is currently interning at the Phoenix New Times. In her free time she can be found at local coffee shops or hanging out with friends!

Anna Olp is a third year Cronkite student currently enrolled in the Howard Center for Investigative Journalism, and co host of the Blaze Radio show Broadway 101. She’s most looking forward to the annual Chic Daily fashion show coming up during the spring semester.

Madeline Bates is a senior at Cronkite and has been with the Chic for three years. Whether its fashion, politics, food or real estate Bates has experience with many different beats in reporting. She has interned for AZ Big Media and enjoys attending any and all events in Phoenix. She hopes to one day be an editor for a magazine or digital publication. In her free time Bates enjoys hiking, thrifting and finding new coffee shops to try.
